Next Glass recently launched in the US and Canada. Available for your iPhone, or Android, this app analyzes the chemical elements, or DNA, of any given beer or wine for the purpose of delighting your taste buds. Becca Yeamans-Irwin took it for a test spin; after opening the app, you enter the names of your favorite drinks. Then, Next Glass uses this information to match your preferences to wines and beers you’re likely to enjoy. Next Glass promises a precision previously unseen.
