About this product
We infused apple cider with the soul of beer: hops. This adds an alluring fruitiness to the cider. We selected New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hops, which share a similar aroma profile with apple cider. Known for its Sauvignon Blanc–like character, this hop brings rich notes of muscat grapes and fresh lychee to the cider. To achieve a balanced flavor, we also carefully chose apple juice from different regions and let it ferment and mature for six weeks — creating the perfect sweet and tart harmony.
