Phoebe Snow was the famed icon of the Lackawanna Railroad traversing our beloved Pocono Mountains for countless years as the queen of luxury and purity. We pay homage to her by creating Miss Phoebe, A lightly carbonated modern semi-sweet cider with medium acid and slight tannic finish. Using Bucktail's signature Land Locked dry, back blended with freshly pressed Pocono apples to add a touch of sweetness. (2% Residual Sugar) First Place Pennsylvania Farm Show (2025)
